Supporting children with diverse developmental and behavioral needs has been a rewarding focus of my career for 8 years as a Behavioral Interventist. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, an ECE Site Supervisor Permit, and have 19 years of experience working with children from 0 - 14 yrs. As a Behavioral Interventionist, I have experience working with children across the autism spectrum, including those with severe autism. My background includes implementing Applied Behavior Analysis strategies, utilizing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, and applying CPI training techniques to promote safety and emotional regulation.
