About Amanda

I am a psychology student with experience mentoring and tutoring elementary and middle school students through my high school's social-emotional learning program and nonprofit after-school activities. I have worked with groups of 10-15 students as well as individuals, supporting homework, planning creative activities, and helping foster positive behavior and emotional development. I also have experience working with kids with learning disabilities. I enjoy incorporating reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities when working with children. I am patient, structured, and adaptable, and I enjoy creating supportive environments where kids can learn and grow.
