About Amanda

I'm Amanda, I was a high school math and science teacher back in Savannah, GA. I switched gears to third and fourth grade, dabbled in middle school for a (very loud) minute, and eventually landed here: homeschooling my energetic 8-year-old and a few equally adventurous kids who've joined our journey. I'm a Washington State Certified Teacher, in the Spokane/Liberty Lake area, focused on project-based learning where math, science, social studies, and language arts are naturally connected through real-world challenges. I believe all children deserve access to dynamic, high-quality education, so this program is offered on a donation basis to make meaningful learning accessible for every family. If your idea of a great school day includes laughter, building things, big questions, wild stories, and the occasional Rice Krispy edible Egypt map, we just might be your people. I'd love to connect!
