About Amanda

Hi there! I'm Amanda. Please allow me to share a little bit about myself. My experience in senior care comes from 5 years paid experience as a PCA (personal care assistant) and home health aide. I had one client for those 5 years, and we became very good friends! I only stopped because she had to move in to senior living. Some of the things I would do for my client consisted of transporting to and from appointments, shopping, house cleaning (I don't mind doing more than just a light cleaning), meal preparation, helping with some medication management, and lots more! What I loved about this position was being able to help somebody who needed it. I believe a person is happier doing work that fulfills them.
