Amanda had responded to my job opening which clearly stated after school care. In my conversation with her I had clarified that again. She committed to meet me at a certain time. When I called her for a follow up, she said she was not interested. I had walked out of a meeting to meet her. But her lack of comprehending a job description and cancellation last minute in-spite of prior follow ups from my side has not been positive.
