About Amanda

Credentials: I was a nanny my senior year of college for a 2-year-old and an 8-month-old, three days a week. I also had a newborn baby brother while I was in high school. That means lots of free babysitting for my parents! I worked at a daycare facility in high school with children from a few months old to 5 years old. I also have spent the last 6 years working at an elementary school with special needs children. Last year, I received my Masters in Elementary Special Education. This year, I began part time work as a childcare specialist at a drop in daycare center and quickly was promoted to floor manager. I am also CPR and first aid certified. As you can see I have spent the majority of my life caring for children and I wouldn't have it any other way! People always ask me what my passions in life are and it's easy... caring for others. I would love the opportunity to get to know you and your family. I am excited to see how God uses me to help care for others through this avenue!
