About Amanda

Hi! I'm Amanda, a licensed social worker with years of hands-on childcare experience. I started babysitting young, including caring for a girl on the autism spectrum who is now thriving in college, which shaped my patience and adaptability. I worked at Lollipop Preschool in NJ, supporting a classroom of 20 four- and5-year-olds, and throughout college and grad school, I cared for a family that grew from two to four children under five. I built a close relationship with them and loved being part of their lives as they grew. Most recently, I spent four years in a corporate role leading a team of seven, strengthening my organization, reliability, and communication skills. I love crafts, outdoor play, staying active, and helping kids build healthy habits in a fun, supportive environment.
