Amanda worked for us for two years when our kids were really little - she started with us when our first was 3 months old and stayed through the birth of our second and until the younger one was 9 months old. Amanda was fanstastic with the kids. She provided great structure, learning and guidance for them and was great at instilling good behavior. She is punctual and responsible with the children. She also had lots of great ideas of things to do with them.
