I am a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with over 12 years of experience supporting seniors and their families through Broom Senior Care. I am currently building hands-on CNA experience as I work toward my long-term goal of opening my own senior care business. I bring a unique combination of heart and professionalism to my work. My background in care coordination, medical billing, and insurance navigation means I understand the full picture of senior care - not just the personal side, but the systems that support it. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, so I can communicate with and advocate for a wide range of clients and families. Most importantly, I show up with patience, reliability, and genuine commitment to the well-being of every person in my care. I believe every senior deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and I take that seriously in everything I do.
