About Amanda

Hi! I'm Amanda, and I have over 10 years of experience working with children as a nanny, au pair, swim instructor, surf instructor, youth program leader, and currently as a New York City Teaching Fellow. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and am certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED. I have experience with children of all ages and love creating fun, engaging environments through outdoor activities, swimming, arts and crafts, and homework support. I am patient, dependable, and adaptable, and I enjoy building strong relationships with both children and parents. I am also happy to help with meal preparation, transportation via public services, and light housekeeping. I look forward to becoming a trusted part of your family's support system!
