About Amanda

From a young age, I've been passionate about supporting families by providing reliable, nurturing childcare. With over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for children ranging from newborns to pre-teens, I'm comfortable managing the needs of up to four children at a time. I hold a degree in Health Science, and am finishing my Occupational Therapy degree. I worked as an OT at nonprofit clinic where I supported children with developmental needs. This experience has deepened my understanding of the neurological and emotional needs of children and strengthened my ability to provide care that is both fun and necessary. I'm certified in CPR, First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid, ensuring your child's safety is always my top priority. I'm also happy to provide written daily reports and communicate in whatever way works best for your family. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining a structured yet enjoyable environment.
