Hello, My name is Amanda. In January of 2021, at the beginning of the year, I decided to uproot and further my passion for helping individuals with disabilities. I moved to Arizona where I obtained Prevention and Support certification, CPR, First Aid, AED training, Article 9, and Therapeutic Options training. I spent 5 months providing 24-hour, 7-day-a-week care in group homes and helping run a day program for developmentally disabled individuals. I have since returned to Fort Collins to continue working with individuals with developmental disabilities and support them in any way I can. I am a certified DSP and QMAP certified, with experience in home health care for individuals with disabilities. I also have 3 years of experience working closely alongside physical therapists and behavioral therapists to help implement care plans, reinforce therapeutic goals, and ensure the highest quality of individualized care.
