Hi there! My name is Amanda. I am a Pharmacy Technician, Surgical Technology student, and going into my 12th year in child care. My experience ranges from elementary school internships, to pre-k teaching, to daycare subbing for all ages, to now going into my 5th year in-home nannying. Childcare has always been a passion. It's caring for curious, fun, imaginative minds while also providing safe and beneficial care for their development. I cannot say enough things about Amanda. We hired her as a part time nanny for our baby back in 2021. She was so flexible, kind, and patient! Our chonky 24 pound 6 month old went through a very needy phase where she would only chill if she was being carried face out so she could see the world. God bless Amanda and her poor muscles. She helped keep things picked up around the house, kept bottles washed, handled the baby meals, and was always very considerate about schedules and sleep training. She always had amazing enrichment activities that were age appropriate (we still have our daughters handprint and footprint shrinkie-dink key chains!) and fun for everyone. She truly became a second (now third) daughter to us. We still use her whenever we need childcare and will be heartbroken when the day comes that she no longer provides childcare. We recommend Amanda to everyone we know. Highly recommend!
