About Amanda

Hi! My name is Amanda, I am a part time artist and I have been in childcare for about 9 years now. Being an aunt, older sister and teacher's daughter, I have learned how to care for children from infant to elementary school age (some high school experience too). I am comfortable around all types of families and around all sorts of pets! Being in the education field as an intern and program assistant in the fine, musical and performing arts, I would love to share this side of my expertise and college education with your child :). I am an active and attentive care taker, love to keep everyone engaged with singing, dancing, learning, exploring outside and running around (totally comfortable with elementary-middle school homework help!). For younger ages, early learning like sight words, nursery rhymes, reading and potty training I can also help with! I have many references and please reach out to me if you need an extra hand for the summer and/or onwards (looking for part-time, full time)
