About Amanda

Hello! My name is Amanda and I recently moved to Merced, CA from Berlin, CT. I have over eight years of experience in emergency situations and patient/family care. Prior to moving, I have worked at two ambulatory centers as well as two main hospitals. On a more personal level, I have had experience in caring for the elderly and others who just need a little extra help. Most of my experience has come from caring for my father before he passed of cancer. I have assisted with Hospice Care, administering medication, transportation for medical appointments, running errands and education on different types of nutrition and allergies. Above all, the most important aspect of this to me is that I treat who I'm caring for as if they were my own family. My goal is to put a family members mind at ease knowing their loved one is being well taken care of. I consider myself to possess a positive and energetic personality who values integrity and trust.
