About Amanda

Hi there! I'm Amanda, I'm 28-year-old and I'm from Brazil. I speak both Portuguese and English fluently. Back in Brazil, I worked as a nanny and in a daycare, and I later came to the U. S. as an Au Pair, where I spent two years caring for two families. During my first year, I looked after a 1-year-old boy and in my second year I took care of a 1-year-old girl, occasionally helping with a newborn. After my Au Pair program, I continued my journey as a nanny, caring for a boy from age 1 to 3 for nearly two years. I also took care of a 1-year-old girl for a year, which included a nanny share with a 16-month-old boy for a couple months. Currently, I'm working part-time for two families: I take care of a 7-year-old boy and I'm a house manager in the mornings and I take care of a 2-year-old girl in the afternoons. I'm seeking a new part-time afternoon position beginning in January 2026 due to my class schedule. If you'd like to know more about me and my experience, I'd be glad to chat.
