Amanda is caring, capable, and fun! Just an all around lovely person. She was able to gracefully navigate caring for my feisty 89 year old mom (post hip surgery and with dementia) as well as deal with my dad who isn't always great at communicating needs. Amanda innately understood that my mom saw no reason for having any caregiver, clearly resented anyone around so she stayed close but inconspicuous when my mom wasn't in a good mood. Amanda recognized that independence and work were important to my mom so looked for tasks my mom safely could do. Extremely grateful for Amanda's help and her friendship! Miss her!
