About Amanda

Hi! My name is Amanda and I've been caring for children, tutoring, and providing pet care for over 30 years. I truly love kids-so much so that I have 19 godchildren! Any child I meet quickly becomes "one of mine." My family and friends lovingly call me the "baby whisperer" because children naturally gravitate toward me, and the feeling is always mutual. As a mom of three (now 23, 20, and 17), I understand the real-life challenges that come with parenting-from stair-step siblings to the very real experience of postpartum. I bring both compassion and structure creating a safe and loving environment for kids to grow and thrive. I currently work remotely and my schedule is flexible. I'm happy to care for multiple children at once, help with tutoring, prepare meals, assist with bathing, and light cleaning.
