As a caregiver with 20-plus years of experience and a mother to a 10-year-old boy, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My patient and creative nature allows me to connect with children on their level, fostering a safe and nurturing environment where they thrive and assist if the child has nuerodivergent challenges. I believe in open communication and collaboration with parents, providing regular updates to understand each child's needs and preferences, following their preferred communication method, and attempting to be flexible with schedule needs for the family whenever possible. My comfort in enforcing household rules ensures consistency and structure in the children's lives. I enjoy many activities that promote learning and fun, from outdoor adventures to educational games. I am also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, organizing, home moving, and light housekeeping. I grew up with cats and dogs my entire life
