About Amanda

Hello, my name is Amanda. I ran an in home daycare for 7 years and enjoyed that rewarding experience every single day. I recently decided to start caring for children outside of my home due to the fact that my special needs daughter now age 21 has grown enough independence for me to be gone full time. I currently care for a wonderful family in Lowell, which includes a 3-year-old boy and a 6-month-old girl. I am first aid and CPR certified and comfortable with both cats and dogs. I am active and make sure I get exercise every day in order to keep up with energetic bundles of joy. I am parting ways with my current family because the hours are currently part-time and will be going down even further. I am very hands- on, lead with love, and believe in supporting the parents and respecting their decisions.
