Amanda only worked for us for a couple of weeks and in that short time, she brought a great deal of drama, complained about hours, even though she was getting the hours for which she was hired, and wouldn't call me when asked. Then she didn't show for her scheduled shift without a call or text and disappeared on us leaving my 92 year old father in a terrible position.
