About Amanda

Hi! I'm Amanda, a rising senior at the University of Notre Dame studying Psychology. I am in NYC this summer and would love to support a caring family in need of childcare. I'm the oldest of three sisters, so I've been in a caregiver role for as long as I can remember. I've worked as a full-time nanny for toddlers and young kids, and also served as a camp counselor leading a group of 10 children ages 4 to 6. I love planning creative activities like crafts, games, and mini adventures that keep kids engaged and happy. My background in psychology and mental health has helped me stay calm, patient, and attentive to each child's needs. I'm certified in Psychological First Aid through the National Child Traumatic Stress Network and have held leadership roles in research, HR, and advocacy. Whether it's managing routines, schoolwork, or playtime, I bring structure, joy, and genuine care to every role. Looking forward to connecting and learning how I can support your family this summer!
