About Amanda

Hi my name is Amanda and I am 31 years old. I graduated from San Francisco State University in 2016 with a B. S. in Kinesiology, and I am also a certified medical assistant. I began working with kids before I started college. My first job was a swim instructor for three summers, teaching kids ages 1-14 years old swimming technique and water safety. When I was in college I worked at Peekadoodle Kids Club, a preschool and daycare where I was a teacher assistant for three years. I also worked birthday parties the preschool would host on the weekends, doing art and cooking projects with the kids. After college I worked at an urgent care in San Francisco for five years as a lead medical assistant and manager. I am offering childcare and pet care I am comfortable and confident working with all ages including infants. I work full time during the week in Bend, but I am interested in evening (usually after 5:30pm) and weekend sitting. Thank you for considering!
