Amanda worked for us at least 5 days per week for 2 years. She loved our little girl and took care of her as if she were her own. Between her weekly shifts and extra weekends and overnights she had over 500 opportunities to call off or show up late but did not miss a SINGLE TIME. Amanda is mature, intelligent and kind. We trusted her with our children and our home and never had a moment of worry while we were away. Our daughter can be quite challenging but Amanda took her special needs in stride, in her calm and caring way. Amanda did school pickups and prepared meals. If we planned something 3 months ahead of time she had it noted, knew the dates and times and was set to get it done when it was time. She will always be a part of our family, and you should jump at the chance to have her in your life and your child's. If we had not moved across the state she would still be with us.
