She was incredibly reliable, and great at communicating with us if she needed to adjust the schedule for any reason. Most importantly, she was fantastic with our son: patient, caring, and engaging. He adored her, and it was a huge loss to have her move out of our care zone. Anyone would be lucky to have her watch their kids.
