I am a CNA and CPR certified for medical providers as well as covid-19 vaccinated have been a caregiver for 15+ years I have extensive experience in caring for elderly patients with an array of health complications including diabetes, dementia/alzheimers, and stroke victims I have assisted patients with multiple chronic illnesses. I read and recorded temperature, pulse, and respiration. I assisted in bathing and clothing patients. I planned and prepared meals according to prescribe diets. I performed everyday household duties, including dusting, laundry and vacuuming. I positioned patients for comfort and to prevent pressure sores. I assisted with transferring patients in and out of bed and chairs using adaptive equipment. I administered basic range of motion exercises and I provided companionship.
