I have been employed for the last 6 years as a live in nanny for two beautiful little girls. I have also spent the past three years working full time with the most amazing special needs children. I have an extensive background in child and infant care. I assisted in the raising of my siblings, nieces and nephews. I was a camp counselor and after school teacher for four years where I looked over children ages 4-14, and later became a supervisor for about a year. I have since then been nanny to 4 lovely children. I have been caring for children, infancy to 13 years of age, for over 15 years. I even look after family pets as well. I cook, clean and even offer homework help and tutoring to all children I care for.

If I could give Amanda a gajillion stars, I would! She has been caring for our son, who required a little extra attention with feeding because of a condition he was born with, for the past year. She is so attentive, so creative, and so loving. She is constantly singing, teaching him Spanish and discovering new ways to engage him in play. Books are a staple in our home and she takes him to programs at library and reads to him everyday. Flexible, fun, responsive...she is amazing and we are incredibly grateful for her.
