About Amaka

I'm a 21-year-old Division 1 rower at Sacramento State University, currently in my third year pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with hopes of becoming a lawyer. I have a deep passion for working with children and have years of experience doing so in various settings. For the past year, I've been a volleyball coach for girls ages 10-14, which has strengthened my ability to lead, mentor, and & First Aid), and I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages-from infants to teens. I understand how important it is for families to have reliable, patient, and caring support, and I always strive to provide just that. My athletic background also helps me keep up with active kids and foster healthy habits I'm responsible, attentive, and fun-and I treat every child I work with as if they were my own family.
