Amanda is the best nanny we’ve ever had! Hiring her would be the best thing you could do for your family! The only reason she is no longer with our family is because our toddler started preschool, but we miss her so much. She is incredibly responsible, reliable, caring and experienced. She was so invested in her job, in taking care of our toddler and meeting his needs based on the stage he was in. Our son is 3.5 yo, and it’s a fun but challenging age because of how he tests boundaries. She did an incredible job of being kind yet firm, managing tantrums and redirecting unwanted behavior. She’s such a pro. She also was proactive about coming up with creative ideas for activities, and just such a joy to have in our home. We trust her implicitly and would give her the highest recommendation.
