She was right on time, very responsive, and polite and professional in all of our communication. We were gone for about eight hours. Before we left around 4:00 PM, the baby was finishing a snack, and we mentioned that she would need a meal later in the evening around 6:00 PM. However, we were informed by my older daughter that the baby only had milk after we left. The baby went to sleep a little after 7:00 PM, leaving several hours of downtime. Her bed time is usually 8:30. When we returned around midnight, we found that the living room had not been tidied, with blocks and playmat pieces left out in the living room and hallway, and the high chair tray had not been cleared, washed, or reused from earlier in the day. Given that light housekeeping is listed on her profile and considering the amount of downtime during the shift, we expected a higher level of basic upkeep and attention to the routine. Overall, she was very pleasant to communicate with, but the lack of tidying and missed meal were disappointing.
