About Alyssa

Hi! I have professional experience with children of all ages. I got my first job working with children as a summer camp teacher aide when I was just 14 years old. In addition, I worked for two years at Childtime Learning Center in Chili, NY, caring for children from birth to age 12. I've spent the past two summers working with school-aged kids at the summer program in Hornell, NY. During the school year, I work as a high school English teacher at Perry High School in Perry, NY., and I have a Bachelors degree in Adolescent English Education from Roberts Wesleyan University. I am CPR certified! More about me... I am new to Orchard Park, but I have been a Bills fan my whole life! Go Bills! In my spare time, I like to read, write poetry, go to the gym, go on walks, and lay in the sun! My favorite part about working with kids is the relationships I form with the children. They're like little best friends! :) I am comfortable with pets, and I have reliable transportation!
