About Alyssa

Hi! My name is Alyssa. I'm currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with children, and I'm looking to transition either part time or full-time to helping families in anyway they need. I've worked with kids in different settings over the years. I was a paraprofessional at a school for a couple of years, worked with the Boys & Girls Club, and spent a summer as a camp counselor at a 7-week sleepaway camp in New York. Through these experiences, I've worked with children of many ages and personalities, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child and what makes them unique. When babysitting, I like to keep things fun and relaxed. I'm happy to follow the child's interests-whether that's playing games, doing crafts, spending time outside, or just being creative together.
