About Alyssa Sharlenne

My passion for nurturing children's development drew me to become a childcare provider. With 2 years of experience working alongside with the Department of the Navy CYP and South Bay YMCA, I bring a caring and responsible approach to my role. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages. Having my own car and being pet-friendly adds to the convenience I can offer. My patient and approachable nature creates a calm and positive environment for children. I prioritize open communication with parents, whether through verbal updates at pickup, regular texts, or phone calls, adhering to their preferred method. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of fun and enriching activities. My background includes some college coursework, First Aid and CPR training, and coursework in early child development. I'm also a certified Youth Development Teacher, which allows me to provide a structured and nurturing environment for your child.
