I'm a dedicated and compassionate childcare professional with years of experience supporting children of all ages and developmental levels. My background includes working as a Lead Teacher in toddler and early pre-K classrooms, as well as providing one-on-one care and instruction to children with autism as a Registered Behavioral Technician. These experiences have strengthened my ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities while maintaining a patient, nurturing, and structured environment. I'm passionate about helping children grow through play, learning, and consistency, and I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with both kids and families.
