About Alyssa

I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, compassionate. I like working with kids because I love supporting them and guiding them into becoming amazing people. Watching them grow and learn new things is very exciting to me and I am honored to be a part of it. I'm looking for a job that is mostly evening and weekends and is pretty laid back. I work as a daycare teacher during the week so hoping for chilled out relaxing fun with the kiddos. Always up for adventures though. I started working with kids when I was 14. I have been working in a licensed daycare for 2 years and working with kids for around 4 years. I am heading off to college in August to pursue a degree in elementary education with a minor in special education. In my spare time, I like to read books. One thing you should know about me is I am CPR/AED/First aid certified in adults, children, and infants. I am also certified with the state as a child care provider.
