About Alyssa

I have been working in childcare for almost four years specializing in infants 6 weeks old to 18 months. I am down to earth, detail oriented and by the books. I like working with kids because they are the purest form of love on the planet! They are a clean slate and should be advocated for and given gentle direction for growth. I love to provide the kindness, understanding and voice that they deserve. I'm looking for a job that can provide a more personalized and attentive relationship with children that state ratio filled classrooms can not. I have loved working with my previous preschools, however the amount of children allowed in our care had always felt (while technically achievable) like way too many to have an active role in their growth and well being. Children are my passion and I know in my heart that I want to provide an unparalleled experience for those in my care and the peace of mind that parents deserve when they need to be away from their babies.
