My passion stems from a deep-seated desire to support their independence and overall well-being, built upon many positive experiences in prior roles. I strive to create a comfortable environment, adapting to changing routines and handling any confusion or agitation with patience and empathy. I am friendly and approachable. I communicate with families using their preferred method. As a home health aide, I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
