About Alyssa

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, dependable and attentive. I understand how important being at home in a safe comfortable environment is. I enjoy brightening someone's day and being there to support them maintain their independence. I'm looking for a job that I can make a real difference in someone's life. Building trust and giving quality care using my caregiving skills is important. I started caring for seniors last year and have continued to do so while continuing my education to enhance my knowledge and skills of all ADLs. In my spare time, I like to get outside, playing card/ board games, watching movies, reading educational books and museums are also things I enjoy. I also love cooking. One thing you should know about me is I take this job seriously but also like to keep a positive attitude. I genuinely care about what I do and who I am doing it for! I do have experience with all ADLs, cooking, helping organize and keeping a relaxed but fun environment.
