Would definitely hire again. Alyssandra was amazing with our newborn. She was very attentive to our newborns needs and incorporated developmental learning in his play. Our son has reach many milestone thanks to Alyssandra’s care.

Alyssandra worked with my family for about 4 months until she moved to be closer to her own family. My three boys loved spending time with her and were always full of fun stories of things they had done that day. She not only took care of my children while I was away, but she also helped with laundry and tidying up the kitchen and living areas. One of her biggest contributions to my family was helping my three year old out of his moaning and groaning stage and into using words to express himself and his needs more clearly. 

Alyssandra is a kind person with a good heart who is passionate about caring for the next generation. She's authentic and lives her life with integrity.  She would be a wonderful addition to any home.

Alyssandra served as a nanny to our three children, aged 8, 6 and 5 working an average of 30 hours per week.  She worked with us from Aug 2019-Jun2020.   She was punctual, dependable, and very responsible.   We found her judgment to be sound in regards to all aspects of the safety and well-being of our kids.   She regularly arranged play dates and outings during the day, emphasizing plenty of physical activity. Both my husband and I have jobs that require our full attention.  When Alyssandra was at home with the kids, our minds were at ease knowing they were well cared for.

Alyssandra was our lifesaver during home school/hybrid. We created a pod with another family and, despite all the uncertainty swirling around, she floated in like our own Mary Poppins and made everything better. She connected immediately with each of the 4 kids (spanning first grade to fourth grade), was perceptive about their learning styles/personalities, helped them navigate  online learning and kept them on task. We are glad to be back in school now but were very sad to see Ms. Alyssandra go! We've had her back to babysit and would love to have her again!

Alyssandra has been watching our two boys since November and has done a great job with them.  She was mostly with my youngest and always had fun activities for them to do during the day, setting up play dates with kids his age and going on fun adventures.  She would pick up our oldest from school and then help out with his homework once he got home.  She was very good at instilling the importance of being kind and patient with each other and was able to diffuse any situations that arose between the boys when they would start to fight about something.  Our youngest will be starting preschool in the Fall and unfortunately we are having to part ways with Alyssandra.  The boys are sad because they have loved having her watch them for the last 9 months.  And my husband and I are sad to see her go because she did such a good job with them and made our lives so much easier, helping out with laundry and grocery shopping occasionally, on top of being such a great caretaker for our boys.

Alyssa is great!  She watched our two boys, 4 yr. old and 18 mos. She was fabulous. Alyssa was always on time (usually early!), very personable, fun and enthusiastic. She gives off great positive energy, exactly the type of person who should be around kids. Alyssa is very dependable, and often times was available on very short notice. She instantly fit into our family. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

I have always had family watching my kids from the time they were born. I was a put in a situation where I needed to find someone other than family to watch my kids in my home. This was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. 

Once I was in contact and met with Alyssa my fears were laid to rest. I never thought I would be able to leave my kids with non-family but with Alyssa I was able to and be 100% comfortable with it! I have never met a more kind and compassionate young woman! 

Alyssa is a very mature, respectful and responsible. She was always on time and never called to say she wouldn't be there to watch my kids. My house and yard was always picked up after they were done playing. Alyssa was always doing something constructive with my kids whether it was playing outside/ inside or going to a park. My kids were never put in front of the TV. 

My boys took her very quickly. They always looked forward to her coming to watch them...even waking up extra early in the morning in anticipation of her arrival! To this day we talk about her all the time and all the fun things they did with her. 

I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa. Any family that works with her is going to be very lucky and truly blessed! She is not only great with kids, she is a great person! I highly recommend Alyssa!
