Hello! My name is Alyssa and I have been working with both dogs and cats for my whole life, but professionally about 6 years through paid work. I have my own animals and have worked in a vet for about 4 years, so I'm very familiar with handling, feeding, insulin shots/administering medication, etc. I have a cat, a dog, a bearded dragon, and a turtle! I'm okay with staying at the owner's residence given the comfortability for the pets (I usually always do unless not requested) and I also maintain the residence as well.

I met a late teen early twenties Alyssa when she decided she wanted to renew her passion for Soccer as a coach. Alyssa at first was shy with the kids, and staff as one would expect of a young adult. But over the course of 3 years, and through Covid, Alyssa found her voice and confidence on both fronts. Alyssa was on time, she showed up with a plan, and she connected with a group of 7-10 year olds in a way that parents, and myself are proud of. Even though she moved to New York for a prestigious opportunity with Cornell, I field questions from players and parents alike that Alyssa has interacted with. She is missed and appreciated by everyone's lives she has touched with in the Lansing Soccer Club Community. It is because of what I observed, and what I experienced with Alyssa, that I am comfortable in endorsing, and suggesting her as someone who can help with the care needs you may seek or desire of her.
