About Alyssa

I'd describe my personality as kind, friendly, and humourous I like working with kids because I believe we can learn more from children than adults. Their wonder is something to be preserved. I'm looking for a job that is flexible around my college classes and I can build new connections and experience in childcare. I started working with kids when I was 15 for a family that lived in my neighborhood. I looked after four children for about two years and I loved it! In my spare time, I like to read books, cool new recipes, go hiking, and paint and drawing. I love trying new things! One thing you should know about me is I am a hard worker. I put a lot of care into any task I am asked to do, and that is something I am proud of. My skills include problem solving and compromise, sanitization and cleaning, and understanding and empathy.
