About Alyssa

Caring for children has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As the middle child in a big family with lots of little ones, I naturally stepped into the role of caregiver from a young age, helping raise my younger siblings, nieces, and nephews. During the pandemic, I supported my nieces and nephews with online learning and tutoring while we were all isolating. In college, I nannied for two elementary-aged children for a year, helping with school pick-up, homework, and extracurriculars, and spending time doing fun and enriching activities. Currently, I work full-time as an elementary school teacher, which has only deepened my love for working with kids and helping them grow. I bring patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to every family I work with.
