About Alyssa

I started working with kids when I was 12 years old babysitting as many do! From there I began teaching dance classes of all ages and at age 18 I began to nanny 2 young girls while teaching dance full time. I recently held a position where I worked as a substitute teacher and worked with kids age 1-6 in a child development program. In my spare time, I like to be with my family and friends. I enjoy dance as a hobby and am delighted that I get to turn that into my collegiate sport and job. I enjoy cooking and baking and getting to be creative in many different ways. I am also a big lover of basketball and love going to and watching games. I am currently getting my masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on child and adolescent mental health and am very passionate about resource management and learning healthy habits for kids.
