I'm not a registered nurse but I have been around special needs my whole life. My mom was a special needs teacher for 10+ years and I was always helping the students out in her classroom and even a few friends of mine are special needs. My younger nephew is autistic and well as another one has down syndrome - I think they're both so amazing ! I can help out with more of the basic things, but I'm always willing to learn more, and most importantly be a companion!
