I Worked with kids at a Autism therapy center for 5 years. I also worked with adults with disabilities. I really enjoy developing relationships. My love for working the special needs community started with my cousin (who has now passed away) with cerebral palsy and a was cognitively disabled. I loved finding random ways to make him smile and laugh. I also really enjoyed how communicating with him was more then just words, as he wasn't verbal, that didn't stop us from communicating though! Love that being surrounded by this community I never felt judgement but all love!
