About Alyssa

I love kids! I love being a safe place for them to be listened to and encouraged, and I love helping them to become the best version of themselves by encouraging their unique gifts! I am easy going, active, professional, organized, positive minded, a good communicator, and playful too! The summer of 2018 I worked for a nanny agency called Loving Care Home Services for whom I did temporary nanny jobs caring for kids anywhere from infants to school-age. I also worked at a kids' club for a little over a year with at times 30+ 3rd-5th graders in my class! Throughout college, I babysat for about three different families before graduating in December 2019 with a degree in Spanish and Intercultural Studies, and as of June 2020 I have been a nanny for a family with three boys (ages 12, 9, and 7). I am now looking for a part-time position or babysitting position with about a year commitment as I try to figure out what's next. I have experience tutoring and can help with online learning.
