I am a certified Special Education Teacher with 6 years of experience. I have experience teaching an Autism program including some ABA strategies, behavioral education, and academic instruction and support for students with intellectual disabilities. I am looking for a summer position but I am open to remaining with the position throughout the school year if the hours are flexible with my school teaching hours and my grad school work. I enjoy building relationships, teaching life skills and social skills and providing academic support as needed as well. I would like to engage in the community if the family desires that as well such as parks and museum visits.
