About Alyssa

Working with kids of all ages and disabilities has always been a passion of mine. I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a deep passion for fostering children's growth and development. Over the last six years, I've had the privilege of caring for children of various ages, from toddlers to preteens. My time as a babysitter reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly approach. I believe in open communication with parents and prioritize their preferred methods. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I do so with a gentle and understanding manner. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that stimulate their minds. My educational background complements my role as a caregiver, and I'm always looking for opportunities to help children learn and grow. I'm currently a Lead RBT have been for a year now.
