Alyssa truly loves working with seniors and all people for that matter. She is very detail oriented and goes above and beyond. She was excellent with my grandparents who struggled with dementia. She takes her time with them and she was a great companion to them. They enjoyed her help and company. They always felt like she listened and cared and valued their opinions. She was a huge advocate for them when it came to needing things from our healthcare providers/insurance. She made sure they had everything they could benefit from such as hospital beds and other supplies. It took a huge burden off our family to have such a caring person watching over them.
