About Alyssa

Hello! I'm currently finishing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Texas Southern University and graduating this May. I work as an RBT at MedCare Pediatrics, where I help kids ages 2-10 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) grow and learn. This fall, I'll be starting my master's program in Behavior Analysis! Being the oldest sibling and grandchild, I was the go-to family babysitter, which sparked my love for working with kids. I'm patient, creative, and great at communicating with little ones, especially those with developmental differences. In my free time, I love working out, reading, yoga, swimming, and thrifting. I have a Safety Care specialist certificate, and am trained in specifically in maladaptive behaviors. I'm also BLS and CPR certified for adults and infants, so safety is always a priority. I'd love the opportunity to provide a fun, caring, and safe environment for your child! Available for pet sitting / boarding.
